Hello again! Someone raised a question about my rating of them, so I just wanted to explain how I do it. I have a system, believe it or not...
I don't want to give anyone anything less than a 10, but sometimes I have to. I don't ever want to give less than a 5, so that is the lowest rating I give as a general rule.
1.If you have only one word/line or just your stats, in your description, you will get a 5.
2.If you have a picture and two or more lines in your profile, you will get a 7.
3.If you have two pictures and a paragraph in your profile you get a 8.
4.If you have more than 2 pictures and a paragraph, you get a 9.
5.If you have all this and you have a background you get a 10.
That's it. That's all there is to it. I don't "revenge rate" I try to be as fair as possible, and I would appreciate it if you would be too.

My name is MourningPeguin, It comes from my love of all things penguin and my grandmother. She passed away a few years back, and I miss her. My name is my way of remembering her.
