I have now realised that my asthma has got worse as iv been very light headed, sore and tight chested for quite a while now and i only blew 200 on the blow meter.

I have to take the brown inhaler indefinatly, two puffs twise a day.

I feel a lot beter all ready, just after four days, wow, what a difference, i feel new again, lots more energy.

I have trouble consentrating at the best of times, but when i had all my amalgam fillings taken out and i had a lot of them, 16 in total, my consentration and memory got a lot worse. I do apologise to all VR users if im a bit quiet, its because i feel ruff a lot of the time and can never think of something to say. Please people who read this, never have amalgam fillings fitted as they are very poisonous and are 50% mercury which is one of the most poisonous metals known to man kind. Thanks for reading xx
