I know Sam wants to do Thing1 and Thing 2 with the kids. So I found a kit of 32 Thing hats so now the whole class can be Things with us.

First I go through this difficult lesson with this kid. It was like the Abbott and Costello "Whose on first?". OMG, thought I would scream. Then the afternoon we had the new math. That was awful too. The kids are looking at me like what is this lady talking about?This program either sucks or my hubby is special because he said who the hell wrote this program when I was explaining it to him.

I have some ideas for the hair for Halloween. I'm thinking wild, with twists and bun hanging off on one side. Then adding some moss and leaves so I look feral looking. Sam has moss and leaves in school. And Dave suggested some creepy contacts.

Dave had the hair paint in his make-up kit for special effects. Now it's down to the hair style. May have to pass on the monacle eye. Won't look like the Bride . More like a Borg. Three weeks to go.

Steve was here. Not to puppysit but to hang. He brought over a Christmas dead doll. Then Sam stopped by to tell me about the test. She thinks she did ok. I'm glad for her. It was great she got to have dinner with us. It's always about work lately. No work tonight. We watched Dr. Who

So I got the dress and the veil material for my costume. Have to check out the make-up place that Dave suggested for the stitches. Steve is doing Matt's make-up with Dave on the werewolf wounds that Matt wants. Dave suggested wrapping the arms with bandages. he also suggested a steampunk look for the bride. I was thinking a monacle eye. Still got 3 weeks. Checking out steampunk hairsyles as well. He suggested a Victorian up sweep but all messed up since she is dead. We will see. I have to do some hunting. Dave's ideas are great but don't want to look too steampunkess and not look like the Bride of Frankenstein.
