Eternity, the horizon,
vastly spread upon forever
The leafy grasses swaying
Rolling with the season
For many who claim their fate
Feel so swiftly clever
Yet as the light begins to flicker
They forget their reason
Destiny dances, it's mate,
And giggles in the ear of some
Turning heads, eyes of fear and wnder
Never blink and race forward more
Sweetly comes the enchantress
Pulling strings, pinpricks tiny
Cause a shudder and ask always
And grow to wish to sleep beneath the gore
