death never comes

life won't escape me

i walk the earth

but everyone has forsaken me

alone i stand

continuing on endlessly

I go to the same places

see the same things

like a ghost

remembering the good times

when i was fully alive

and knew i would die with my friends

i can't feel love

or a sense of hope

because in the end i know i will be alone.
