This is good for a surgery or recovery from a illness..try to sched. the surgery during a waning moon (this will help keep blood loss and infection down)
Call on one of the gentle cat goddess's
FREYA, BAST, OR DIANA
you will need:
-A plain white tealight candle
-2 candleholders
-Cat shaped candle that matches the color of you cats fur
-Nail or sraight pin to carve you cats name in the candel
-Few strands of your cats loose cat hair
-Cat shaped charm or small pic or statue of Bast
-Lighter or matches
-Natural representation of each element
(eg. Cryatal/Earth, Feather/Air, Lava rock/Fire, and Seashell/Water)
-Safe place to set the spell upon
Set up representing elements in a large circle and arrange candles in the middle. Carve your cats name onto the cat shaped candle. Add loose cat hairs to the candle holder (by doing this you link the healing magik firmly to your pet) Speak the name aloud of the goddess your working with. Light the tealight as you ask in your own words for help. Then light the cat candle and reapeat this charm:
Great lady of cats, on this night hear my request,
I call the four quarters, North and East, South and West.
Spin these energies around my cat in a multi-colored ring, recovery and health, to my dear cat now naturally bring.
By all the powers of the earth and sea, as I will it, then so shall it be.
Close the spell by allowing the candles to burn out on there own. Thank goddess when you are finished.
