Perhaps endings are only illusions,
pretty little lies we tell ourselves to sleep.
Atonement?
It breathes still quiet, coiled, patient.
Spirals don’t end, H3LiX… they simply wind deeper,
and some shadows never move,
they wait for you to circle back.

The ending was an illusion. But the lie was never pretty, and it never helped me sleep.
Atonement will never be something that's in my reach. So, it will always stay breathing quietly, coiled and patiently.
This H3LiX has wound quite deep, into shadows that are so still, they're suffocating and tiring. Circling back now, might prove more dangerous then I realize.
