Gather a bit of water from a stream. On a night of the full moon, place the glass of water in the moonlight. Take a few relaxing breaths, meditate, do whatever you need to do to remain calm. Look at the moon. Ask the moon spirits to bless the water, to make it yours, so that it may help you in the future. Add the salt, and swirl in a clockwise motion until the salt dissolves. Thank the spirits. Bottle the water and set it in your blessed altar. Let it sit for a short while with some white candles burning. Fifteen minutes should do the trick.
Snuff the candles. Dip your finger in the water, and rub it along your brow. Imagine the water evaporating the pain away. You may say an incantation if you wish.
Alternatively, to help you sleep peacefully, rub some water on your temples and eyelids. Ask a spirit or god for a peaceful sleep

Every night before you go to sleep, open your Dream Box and hold your hand over it, say, ''May this Dream Box enhance my dreams while I sleep. May the visions be clear and may I hold them so deep. So mote it be.''
Trust that your Dream Box will bring you good dreams. Set your Dream Box as close to your bed as you can, preferably close to your head. Then, if you want to dream about something specific, simply ask for it. (ie: if you wanted to dream about your friend Sally, simply say, ''Send me a vision of Sally.'')
Your Dream Box can be used every night, or only occasionally. It really doesn't matter. Trust in your Dream Box, and it will give you what you asked for.

Determine precisely what it is you want them to hear, or perhaps feel. Write down your wish on a piece of paper in simple sentence form. Make a dream pillow using a small square of fabric and a little batting. Throw in a pinch of lavender and rosemary. Put in the piece of paper last, then sew up the end.
Put the dream pillow on your altar. Do an altar devotion to center yourself, then create sacred space. Cast a circle and call the quarters if you like, but is isn't necessary. Center yourself, then hold your hands over the dream pillow and say the following:
''Holy Mother, Goddess Divine, I stand before your sacred shrine. This person won't listen or hear My words tickle at deafened ear. Holy Mother, Goddess Divine, Send a dream, awaken the mind. Through his/her vision he/she lives The nightmare/passion/lesson he/she so freely gives. Holy Mother, Goddess Divine Send them your enchanted design. Clear out the cobwebs, tear down walls, Carry my message through spirit calls.
Feel free to change the incantation to suit your purpose.

This spell is pretty simple, all it requires is a little blood.
After you succesfully cast a spell imagine the effect in its strongest points. While imagining this Prick your finger (you can use another area if the finger is uncomfortable for you) then smear the blood down the blade, as you bring the blood down, you are locking it and securing the spell more and more. When you reach the base of the blade you have succesfully locked the spell. Resite aloud: With this blade I bind (whatever your spell is called or the effect of your spell) permanent to (whomever the spell is addressed to).
For example: With this blade I bind the effect of my awakening and my awareness of my psychic abilities.
When you want to remove the effect, you'll do the same thing in reverse order.
Prick your finger and run it from the base of the blade to the tip of the blade. When you reach the tip of the blade, say aloud: With this blade I remove (the spell) from (whomever the spell is addressed).
ex. With this blade I remove my awakening and my awareness of my psychic abilities.
You should always change a spell up a little bit to adjust your needs. IF you prefer to say another word in place of blade, always do so. Everyone is different, no spell is made perfect for everybody.

Spell to Bind A Person
Take an artifact or picture of the person and bind it with tape while saying:
(Person's name) I bind you from doing harm to others or your self.
Repeat 3 times.

This is sort of a simple spell, but it does need a lot of concentration. First, take the picture and concentrate on the person who you want to bind from doing harm. Then take the string or rope and start wrapping it around the picture. While doing this say the incantation:
I bind u (person's name)
from doing harm aganist people, animals, nature
and against urself.
Say this incantation about 3 times. When you're done with that, you can either tie the rope into a knot or you can keep it on there with the tape. Make sure to keep the picture in a safe place where it wont be moved or disturbed.
