Well its almost 5:30 am EST and I want to sleep but my thoughts are running although I am yawning not as much now I have depression but insomnia so for me falling asleep and staying asleep is like not even the picture my sleep pattern since I was little has always been a headache and I take over the counter sleeping pills ugh I'm at the point where I will hide all of my devices and lay in bed
