This spell is best done on the night of the waxing moon!



Materials:

Quarter Candles

One green candle with the wealth rune inscribed on it

Chalice of blessed water

God and Goddess candles

Small amount of money inducing herb in a small bowl (allspice, basil,jasmine)

Patchouli Oil

A dollar bill (or if you are poor like me, a quarter or whatever)

Sandalwood incense



Consecrate all your candles and the money with the oil. Set up your altar and meditate, focusing on your need.



Cast your circle

Call the Quarters if you wish

Recite-

In this night and in this hour

I call upon the ancient power

O goddess Bride and Consort Bright

I ask thee now to bring thy light



Light the God and Goddess candles



Concentrate your energy and your need into the green candle while lighting it and reciting:

With noble mind and open heart

I ask the gods to do their part

I need some money quickly please

Bring it to me with all your ease



Place the money in the herb



Tragedy must come to none

For this working to be done

Bring me all I need to pay

So I may have good luck this day



Place the money in front of the green candle



With my free will and harm to none

I now proclaim this spell is done!

Spell For Healing Light

You will need:

A Blue Candle



Directions:

Visualize the person who needs healing. When the picture is clear in your mind, target the area of disease and color it bright red in your mind. Now, visualize tiny workers with buckets of soft green paint, brushes and rollers. Hold the picture until the workers completely cover the affected area with green. Then open your eyes and chant:



I hold you in my heart and wrap you in my love.

My circle of protection descends now from above.

And as I send this energy, all pain shall disappear.

And all the disease shall dissipate and shrivel up in fear.

The emptiness I now replace, with fresh vitality, so you shall thrive upon the earth in laughter, love and glee.

To Bless Your Book of Shadows

You will need:

A Blue Candle

A Purple Candle

A Red Candle

A Green Candle

A Yellow Candle



Directions:

Whether your BOS is a heavy-bound journal, a small personal diary, or a 3-ringed notebook, this spell will guard your book and enchant its pages.



On the night of the Full Moon, cast your circle and place your BOS on your alter.



Situate 5 candles (Purple, green, yellow, red, and blue) around your book in a rough pentagram shape.



If you see fit, you can place the candles in their correct positions:



Purple

Blue ~ Green

Red ~ Yellow



Light the candles, starting with the purple and ending with the blue, and say this or another verse:



By the powers of center (north, south, east, west),

The forces of spirit (earth, air, fire, water),

I bless and protect this Book of Shadows From all unwanted forces and beings.



With your power hand, athame, or wand, draw an invoking pentagram on your BOS's cover and say:



May no unprepared eye or hand behold this Blessed Book of Power.

Ancient Mother, behold this book.

Guard and bless its pages. Ancient Father, behold this book.

With this, the ritual is done. Some chose to bury the candles. Others choose to use them for another spell. It's your choice what you do. It is recommended that this spell is done for the 4 sabbats to mark your progress and increase in power, but it also can be done once a year on that same month's Full Moon.
