Pita Pizza

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Take 1 small whole wheat pita, brush EVOO on pita,, sprinkle lime juice over entire surface of pita sprinkle with chili pepper, grind coarse salt over top, sprinkle with garlic powder.

Spread about 1/4 salsa on top, take some roasted chicken, chop and spread it out on pita, crumble feta cheese and sprinkle.

Place in oven. Bake 10 minutes.

Tastes yummy. =)~

Note to self......

When making cinnamon rolls.......make sure you get up at least an hour earlier then you intended you, because now you are running late and have to be at work in an hour and you are going to have to WALK and you aren't going to have the full effect you wanted on those rolls.
