Well .this is my first ever entry in my journal.

Ive recently giving up smoking, caffine and sugar, and i swear to allah, i feel like im going to kill someone!!!

I constantly seem to have PMT, have the worst case of haliotosis is it called? (shit taste im mouth), and as well as trying to loose weight, am putting it on!

Self image pee's me off

Everyone else seems to be worried more about me than the weight, but im glad ive given up sugar, caffine and nicotine, its better in the long run i suppose.............
