So after the incident with verizon our net wasnt on in an hour so I called them back and they told me up to 24 hours before it cut back on and so I decided to nap.Was asleep til 11 p.m. net was back on things seemed fine, i get on my comp and start up checking stuff then poof some how me getting on my net was causing a siphon between computers.Which if one was doing something the other couldnt then eventually the original couldnt until the other was completely closed of any net based program.
could only run the basics. I found out that some how when the net was turned on it stopped registering my computer as one of the home computers hooked up to the modem, Again I had to deal with verizon and they couldnt figure it out. So I await some tech between 1-5 p.m. its almost 4p.m. now and no tech
So since having to move back in with my parents due to the economical hardship we have had to get the net in my moms name due to my inability to pay the bill that was due them .
Since july we have made payments and for some reason their records hasnt been receiving notice of our payments from july til october.
The only payment its shown us made was for november. So last month they cut off our net for like an hour, Once alerted to this issue the guy talked to stated they would put up an investigation on the issue. Well Today around 11 a.m. the crap happened again And AGAIN it took me like 3 hours being transfered to 6 different representatives along with having to call them back after an hour to insure the net was to be turned back on.So now I am getting rather pissed that a major company as verizon would have this crap happen.
To me it means someone in their payroll office or make a payment department is pocketing peoples money.
