In response to my statment on a thread in the main formum about our freedom of speech being blocked again, and being told that government laws had no jursdiction here I found this quote,"Information wants to be free, and the Internet fosters freedom of speech on a global scale.

well hows this, I read all of the VR terms of service and no where in any of it did it say we are under a "Cancerocracy" I have also reread all of the VR manual and still have found no such statement anywhere.
have a look for yourself people i am including the TOS herein. this site is full of a bunch of narrow minded, idiotic , freedom of speech impairing assinine jerks who think they can rule with an iron fist. If it were not for my coven mates and friends i would leave this site in an instant. IV. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
Account registration and verification is required in order to create a VampireRave.com account. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should any of your own information change after submitting it to VampireRave.com, you are hereby required to update that information as soon as possible. Should VampireRave.com suspect that your personal information is not complete, current, or accurate, your account may be subject to suspension or termination. VI. INDEMNITY

XI. TERMINATION

Any contracts, verbal or written or assumed, in conjunction with your deleted account and all its parts, at VampireRave.com's discretion, will be terminated as well. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that VampireRave.com may immediately deactivate or delete your VampireRave.com membership and all related information and files. You agree that VampireRave.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
In the event your account(s) are terminated, prior notification to you is not assured. In some cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity. These rights of action, however, do not obligate VampireRave.com to monitor or exert editorial control over the information made available for distribution via the Service. If VampireRave.com takes corrective action because of a possible violation, VampireRave.com will not refund to you any fees you paid in advance of the corrective action.
Violators of VampireRave.com's Terms of Service are responsible, without limitations, for the cost of labor to clean up and correct any damage done to the operation of the website, server, and business operations that surround VampireRave.com. Such labor is categorized as emergency security breach recovery and is currently charged at $195 USD per hour required. XII. ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
By using VampireRave.com, you agree that VampireRave.com has the right to run advertisements and promotions. You agree that VampireRave.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.
XIII. LINKS
The Service, or relevant third parties, may provide links to other web sites or resources. Because VampireRave.com has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that VampireRave.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that VampireRave.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
XVI. PROFILE, PORTFOLIO, & JOURNAL CONTENT
Guidelines for posting content to your profile, portfolio, journal, or any aspect of your VampireRave.com membership and the Service shall be as follows:
All Content posted to VampireRave.com in any way, is the responsibility and property of the author. VampireRave.com is committed to keeping the Service in decent standing for all audiences but is not responsible for the monitoring or filtering of any profile, portfolio, or journal Content. Within the confines of international and local law, VampireRave.com will generally not place a limit on the type, or appropriateness of user content within the Service. Those users posting material not suitable for all audiences must agree that they are fully responsible for all the content they have posted anywhere on the service. Should content be deemed illegal by such law having jurisdiction over the user, VampireRave.com is committed to submitting all necessary information to the proper authorities;

Displaying a banner that is designed to profit you or any other business or organization; and Displaying banners for services that provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to their web sites. If any user is reported to be in violation with the letter or spirit of these terms, VampireRave.com retains the right to terminate such account at any time without further warning.
XVIII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
(a) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VAMPIRERAVE.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
(b) VAMPIRERAVE.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

Use of the materials by the U.S. Government constitutes acknowledgment of VampireRave.com's proprietary rights in them.
XXI. GENERAL INFORMATION
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and VampireRave.com and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and VampireRave.com (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the TOS) and any prior representations by VampireRave.com. The laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A, shall govern the TOS and the relationship between you and VampireRave.com. without regard to its conflict of law provisions. I would carefully re-read the Termination section and I would also re-read the Disclaimer of Warranties namely part b.
If you still feel your “freedom” of speech has been violated, I encourage you to take it up with a Regent or Cancer himself.

i have re-read those sections in particular and still find no where claiming this site to be a "Cancerocracy" It states no where that we have no freedom of speech within this site..... and considering it states in several locations throughout the TOS that the site is governed by local and government laws and regulations.... one would say that freedom of speech is to be included. If you are referring to part b,"(b) VAMPIRERAVE.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS," Freedom of speech is a part of our rights, and as far as I am concerned does not fall under this category.
and as for the section on termination ......... According to the TOS and the VR manual I have in no way infracted on any rules/regulations within this site

I read the thread in forum. babiesgirl, I think your post were extremely valid. I'm not sure why the experiment continues to be posted. Only conclusion I can come up with is because of who is involved with it. Had the people involved been different, that post would never have been allowed so many times.
