Over the past 2 weeks I have lost roughly 15 pounds. It's been bothering me... A lot.

Today I got measured at the gym. I'm 175 pounds with 12% body fat. I'm not happy with the weight loss, but I never dreamed I would hit 12% body fat. My goal all along has been 14%. At my last measurement, several months ago, I was 15.6%.

I have not lost any strength, so all (or most of) my recent weight loss is fat and not muscle. I have been noticing this past week that I look more cut. My lower abs have really started to come in. My upper and middle abs have some pretty good rolls. My shoulders and back are still over-developed.

Last Friday I curled 115 pounds 8 times on my 9th set. I could have done more.

Today I dumbbell pressed 105 pound dumbbells. It was a little too much weight. I was my 6th set and I only got 5 reps.

I want to get to 200 pounds with my current body fat percentage. Putting on 25 more pounds of muscle at this point is going to be very difficult. It will probably take me at least a year.

Wow you are going to end up very well developed. Why the goals for such a lean and over-developed muscle bound body?

Yeah, it's probably going to be very hard to gain 25 pounds of muscle, but when you do manage to get to your ideal body it'll be a great accomplishment, you'll be very well balanced physically.

Remember, muscle weighs more then fat does.

*blushes* Cancer, you already have a great body. You don't need a workout.

Interesting...a similar thing happened to me just recently and I figured it has to do with having a high protein diet and a very high metabolism. I've just seen a dietician and she says that for me, its normal to have no/not much body fat because I eat healthily and have no major illnesses or conditions that would induce weight/fat loss. I feel healthy as I am but in comparison to most other people, I am light.
