Ingredients:



One dozen large fresh mushrooms

one package of your choice of bacon (brown sugar or smoked)

one cup of finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

one large container of whipped cream cheese

4 stalks of green onions diced finely



Directions: Preheat oven to 400



Hollow out mushrooms and set aside,

mix cream cheese and diced onions well. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. wrap mushrooms with bacon. Set on a cooking sheet and sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until bacon is brown and crisp on edges, usually around 15-20 minutes. Remove Hobbit wraps from the Oven, and let cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
