1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream

3/4 oz. Kahlua

1/4 oz. Jameson's Irish Whiskey

1/2 pint of Guinness





Instructions:



Pour Bailey's, Kahlua and Jamesons' (LAYERED) in order in a shot glass (kahlua at the bottom).



Drop or slide the shot into a half pint of Guinness Stout. (The shot, if dropped in carefully, looks like a Guinness inside a Guinness)



The Carbomb is to be consumed immediately in one long swallow. Mind your teeth as the shot slides forward. Use a finger to block it etc...



Tastes like chocolate milk. Incredibly good!

There are so many varied versions of this incredible drink!



The one below is my own preferred method. A little of this...a little of that...



It's a tasty drink, and wickedly strong, though if made properly, it won't seem so going down...



2 will probably do the trick...give it time to kick in...because if you go for 3, it may be too late to bring you back! :)





1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum

2 oz light rum

1 oz dark rum

1/2 oz apricot brandy (can also use cherry bourbon)

1/2 oz Triple Sec

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz orange juice

2 tsp powdered sugar

1/2 oz lime juice

1oz passion fruit juice (preferred) or splash of grenadine.



Mixing Instructions: #1 (On the rocks)



Shake everything except the 151 rum in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass over ice and float the 151 on top. Garnish with a cherry & slice of orange.





Mixing Instructions: #2 (Frozen)



Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a collins glass. Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.

1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream

1/2 oz. Rumplemintz

1/2 oz. Kahlua



One of my favorite drinks! It's smooth, and is absolutely perfect as a nightcap or an intimate evening.



(This is a layered shot!)



1. Pour Kahlua into shot glass to about 1/2 full.



2. Using a spoon(inverted), slowly pour in the Peppermint Schnapps until glass is about 3/4 full. Done correctly, the Schnapps will flow under the Kahlua for a clear layer.



3. Again using a spoon, but this time right side up, slowly top off the glass with a layer of Bailey’s. Be careful to place the spoon right at the top of the Kahlua layer and to raise it as the glass fills up. Done correctly, this will provide a layer of Bailey’s floating over the Kahlua.



Shoot it and enjoy! Experiment as well, some say it's better if the ingredients are chilled, I prefer not.



It's like liquid sex... It's Awesome!!!
