Avocado mushed

any kind of mint you prefer

Aloe (you can use the gel if you have one with natural aloe in large amounts in it)

Plantain blossoms

let chill mixed all together for at least an hour then well you know how to put on a facial mask HAHAHAHAHA enjoy and let the relaxing healing flow as you detox in your bath!

I cup epsom salt

bruised mint

Lavender

1/2 cup baking soda

eyculptus oil or leaves

Put in an old hose or sock (to keep plant matter out of the hair) and let your hot water for a bath run through hang it or just chuck it in then relax I also suggest using crystal singing bowls or binaural beats that match the earth resonance for the best 20 minute detox and relaxation bath you've had in a while.

1 pair fluffy knitted socks

olive oil

mint

rosemary

aloe

marshmallow

I use fresh as the oils last longer crush or cut it up mix it all together thinking of green light infusing the ingredients coat your hands in the oil then make sure you evenly coat the inside of your socks I suggest wearing them in situations your feet WILL sweat as more healing oil will penetrate the pores or after a nice soak or shower and say goodbye to nasty feet. I have had 2 people order these socks from me and have got fab reviews so much so one now has a standing order when he comes to town for his wife!

Plantain leaf

So I use this alot cuz well it's EVERY WHERE and damn if it aint handy crun ch the leaves and put in mouth wash on cuts and burns and eaten cleans out the liver and kidneys

How is Plantain Leaf Used?

Today, it is still frequently used in folk medicine. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is found in balms called mehlems for “urogenital tract disorders, respiratory system disorders, gastrointestinal tract disorders, skin ailments, blood system disorders, nervous system disorders, cardiovascular system disorders, and rheumatism [3].”

People in Columbia use plantain leaf to promote good health. The gastrointestinal category dominates its use in Mexico [4]. These are just a few of many examples of how plantain is used across the globe. Due to its long history of use across the globe, and recent confirmation of some of its therapeutic properties, plantain leaf is now used primarily as an herbal remedy for upper respiratory tract health.

to see which I am talking about follow the link! and see pretty picture of the narrow leaf the broad leaf is the same just more round then slender
