I am a mere mortal girl having a few drinks with my friends at the local bar, A nice pale goth guy comes up and buys us a drink, I slam my drink down, then head outside for a smoke.



I go in the ally to light up because it is so windy, and as I draw the first puff of smoke in I turn around and the Pale Gothic guy is there.

*what an attractive and smart Vampire you would make* he says.



I laugh, and he smiles, we chat about who i'd eat if I was turned, and he likes what he hears.



Soon I am bitten, He is behind me, hand firmly holding my head to the side, I don't scream or fight because he has a mental control over me.



The bite stings, but as my blood is drawn away, I go limp, he does not let me fall, he whispers *time to be re-born my dear*

He slits his arm and bleeds onto my lips, his blood smells intoxicating, I drink of life eternal.



As my mortal body fights to death with my new immortal body, I hold in my pain.



As I regain strength I have only one question, *can I still walk in the day?*

He smiles and says *yes, you will walk the day, but you must wear colour on your skin so mortals will not catch on*.



He walks off leaving me alone, only to look back and say *All you need to know of your new life, will awaken in your mind over the next few hours*

I call out *how?* He smiles and reply's with *its in my blood that has now become yours*.
