I was born a century too late. I love to spend time with things and people from the past. You can find me exploring old cemeteries, old houses, old buildings or old cities. Antiques are an addiction for me. I love antique books, furniture, swords and guns. I am very good with weapons; be it a blade or a gun. My inner circle is small but I am very loyal to and protective of those within.
My favorite era would have to be the Victorian. I love to travel and have been to many other countries. One of my favorite cities is New Orleans, that city is magic to me. History and art are my passions and I love to read. I love photographing old buildings, old homes and cemeteries. Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, VA is my current favorite, I think I was buried there after the Civil War. The last time I visited was on a rainy, dreary and foggy day; that day was a gift from God. It was an amazing day, with my favorite weather, to be alone in such a wondrous place.
My favorite music is Evanescence. The songs Amy Lee writes are the undercurrents of my life. I was blessed enough to meet her and spend an entire concert backstage. She is one of the sweetest most beautiful women I have ever met. I also love Johnny Cash, HIM, Lacuna Coil, Flyleaf and classical music.
My favorite movies are Underworld, Constantine, Push, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, National Treasure 1 and 2 and the Blade Trilogy.
I have two wonderful, eclectic children that are the center of my world. I love seeing parts of me in both of them. My son is becoming a young man to whom honor and respect are not mere words. He is already learning how to read people to see what type of person they are. My daughter is changing from a little girl to a young lady before my very eyes. She has an amazing gift of seeing how people are feeling. They are truly a gift from God.
I love the artwork of Michelangelo, DaVinci and Victoria Francis. I saw the Pieta at the Vatican and it was amazing.
