Well , my nerves, i have a lot of nerves when i fight with my family in special with my brother , or when something bad is happening.To control my nerves , i break all in my way , and i'm swiping with my fist or with my fits everything in my way lol , it sound a little bit crazy but i works , i calm down after those punches cause my subconstient is axing on that pain and i forgot about the fight that i have earlyer with whatever he or she was .
ARES The God Of War

Violent death was the domain of Thanatos' blood-loving sisters, the Keres, Daimones of slaughter and disease.
He was depicted as a winged and bearded god, most often shown with his twin brother Hypnos (Sleep), carrying off the body of a dead man.
THOR Great God Of Thunder
In Norse mythology, Thor was the god of war, thunder and strength, and son of Odin. Thor destroyed the enemies of the gods with his magic hammer. He slaps me and hits me
And yells at me more,
I finally get free
And I run for the door.
He's already locked it
And I start to bawl,
He takes me and throws me
Against the hard wall.
I fall to the floor
With my bones nearly broken,
And my daddy continues
With more bad words spoken.
"I'm sorry!", I scream
But its now much too late
His face has been twisted
Into unimaginable hate.
The hurt and the pain
Again and again
Oh please God, have mercy!
Oh please let it end!
And he finally stops
And heads for the door,
While I lay there motionless
Sprawled on the floor.
