The new world

The cold air stinged in my lungs. My boots slipped on the slippery stones. The road was narrow, and the trees hanged over it. I ran, ran until i thought my legs would break. But I could not stop. The whole village was after me. First they had chased me in their cars, but when i turned and ran forward on the little road in the forest, they had to get oout of their cars and continue on foot. Their main goal was to cach me. What they were going to do then i did not know. Kill me? When that thought reached me I started to ran even faster. Thank God i was so much faster then them. Somethimes it was not bad at all, to be a vampire.
