Oh look, a box to describe myself. What a novel idea. *sigh* I suppose I had better bow to the masses and tell you about who I was, who I am, and who I plan to be in the future.

Who I Was

I was for the longest time a very naive lady living with my head in the clouds. Home, children, and husband were all I was. A stay at home mother with nothing more on my mind but what to serve for dinner the next night. I didn't know anything beyond the small town I was raised in and in turn raised my own children in. I grew in mind as I aged and explored through libraries, the internet, and others' beliefs trying to find the person I was wanting to be. I instinctually knew there was something missing to who I was, who I should be. That is when I discovered something. I would only be able to figure out who I am by myself. All the books, all the advice in the world would do me no good. I had to just work it out on my own as though I was walking down a dark path with a candle to light the way.

Who I Am

I am an explorer of the mind. I read, I write, I state my opinion-whether it be good or bad. I want to learn all there is to learn about all lifestyles represented on this site. I am a busy woman who holds down multiple good jobs for good people. I live a life full of children and their activities as well. I will not be one to be on here for hours on end. Don't expect it, I just have too many other things to pull at my time and energy. This is a release for me. A place to come to relax after a busy day in the real world.

Who I Want To Be

I want to be the person who walks away from this site a wiser person. Having learned all I can from it I will be one who walks away, never looking back or regretting lost friends. I will have no ties to this community and no desires to remain once I have achieved my goals. I want to be able to control who I am, as well as embrace it. I know I have skills and talents that "normal" society would frown upon. I am learning how to channel those into productive parts of my life, utilizing those skills for the benefit of those around me.

A Few Likes And Dislikes

I like honesty, the truth. If you are just going to lie to me even about the smallest, stupidest thing don't even bother to message me. I know when people are lying to me and don't tolerate it.

I like music and television, books and all forms of art. I don't understand those who don't enjoy the more intellectual things in life and therefore don't really get along with them.

I VOTE! I like the fact that I am given choices in my government and consider it my responsibility to make those choices. I don't understand those who complain about the government, leadership, or economy without even participating in the choices.

I like men who are proud of their women (and vice versa). If you can't be honest, faithful, and gushing about your significant other, you aren't in love. Deal with it.

I like those who are honest about themselves. Represent yourself for who you are, don't try being someone you aren't. It never works, and you just make yourself look like a fool.
