Im currrently a college freshman at a small community college. I like to read, Write, And Draw in my spare time away from school. I am not new to VR, And I was not born last night so please do not message with any child like remarks. I am on VR to have fun and chill out with my friends and make some new ones as well. Please NO Drama.

Another Bloody Nightmare

My dreams weave reality,
I feel, I think, I speak,
It's all me.
Or so it seems.

What started this time as a simple get together,
Ended, in a bloody disaster.
She flashed back her memory, of when she last slaughtered,
And I could feel the knife in my own shoulder.
Sliding all across, and over my neck
I felt and I watched and I wretched.

So graphic these dreams
So realistic to me,
So upsetting disturbing
So gory, perturbing.

She told me I'd have to be,
Best friend and company
She told me I couldn't leave
Or else she would slice me.

I ran in the night,
I ran fast as I could
I ran with a fright,
All through the neighborhood
Running right home
With help from a friend
I gained a little hope
When I came around the bend.

I locked all the doors,
And hid in the basement
The windows started breaking
I couldn't bare to face it,
She screamed and she hollered,
She hissed and she screeched
The devil's own daughter,
In pursuit of me.

My heart beat fast,
My blood ran hot
I picked up a broken glass
And with it, I fought.

The dream demon couldn't own me,
I sliced and I scratched
But the scary thing would be
How I was so unattached.
I ended a life,
Without batting an eye
It wasn't alright
And I woke up, to cry.

I'm aware of the mystery around us, so I write about coincidences, premonitions, emotions, dreams, the power of nature, magic.

When you have solved all the mysteries of
life you long for death, for it
is but another mystery of life.
