Almost all my life, I've loved vampires. Ever since I was a child, and I watched my first movie on them.
I don't know why I love them so much. Maybe it's their beauty. Their immortality and The fact that they can live forever, watch how everything evolves. How they can live in the shadows instead of the light. or maybe the blood they consume.
I've heard that you can be born one. Is it possible you can be born to BECOME one?
I love reading books about them. I say, if you can't be one, read about them. I love getting lost in their worlds! ♥
things about me...
I am a 19 year old female college student. I've recently started at Milwaukee Area Technical College and my major is photography. Although, My original plan was to go somewhere for art. I'm a very artsy person! I love to paint, draw, sculpt, make! Unfortunatly, there aren't a lot of decent art programs around where I reside! But after MATC, I plan to go to one anyway.
I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere, wisconsin ^-^
Although I love the country, It kind of stinks living in a small town. There aren't a lot of things to do, you see!
I have blonde hair that goes down to my shoulders, and blue eyes. My eyes are the most unique thing about me. They are not just blue, but they have specks of brown surrounding the pupil. Although I'd rather prefer to have green eyes, I am happy with what DNA has given me!
As a person, I'm very shy. I don't talk much.
Although, I find it I can talk on the internet very easily. It's like the movie "Pump up the volume." If you've seen it, you'll understand. If not, I recommend you watch it!
I find it hard for me to connect with people. Sometimes it's not just shyness. I'm very closed off; sharing little, if nothing, with my loved ones. I like to isolate myself from other people. For instance, people I don't know. I'm as well very self conscious and I have little to no self esteem left in me.
My heart is pretty much fucked up. It's probably broken in several places, and will never be fixed. But that's all right, I guess. Shit happens!
I also see myself as a very non-selfish person. I mostly always put others before myself, Probably because I hate myself and could care less about my own person!
I am also a very innocent young woman. I've never done anything with a guy before, except make out for a little. But that happened a long time ago.
So that said, Don't talk to me if your looking for sex or any kind of sexual activity. I don't even like to talk about it! Sorry. Go find someone else!
Even though I am closed off, I still enjoy meeting new people.
I'm very nice and friendly, & I hate when I make people mad, sad, or any negative emotion. I also hate it when people are hurting, no matter what it is they are hurting about. Some would call that being compassionate, I Don't know! I just know that I care more about people's feelings than my own. As I said before, I hate myself and don't give a damn about me.
I LOVE the night and the cold. Nighttime is just so soothing to me. Everyone is asleep, so I can do and act any way that I please. And with the cold--Well I've always believed that its easier to get warmer than it is to get cooler. That said, my favorite season is winter, of course! I really despise it when people complain about it. It's not like summer is any better. You have the impossible heat that is unavoidable, along with all the bugs that could exist. Gross!
Along with that, I also love to be alone. My alone time is very precious to me. I haven't had it in a while, so I'm starting to act stranger than normal! It's also where I can do whatever I like. That, and there's no one there to judge me, so I like that quite a lot!
Things I love to do are Read, Go to movies, Hang out with friends, Read, Go to concerts, Drive around late at night with my friends, And Read!
Did I mention I love to read? -laughs- =) It's my favorite thing to do!
I also LOVE movies. Something you must know about me when I watch them is that I like to talk to the TV ^-^
My friends make fun of me for it. They go "Shannon, Nothing in the movie is going to change, so you don't have to talk to the characters!" -laughs to self-
It;s just something I do. Get over it & Deal with it! =D
Books!
Like said earlier, I love to read. I mostly read about the subject of vampires. They interest me so much, and I cannot read a book that doesn't interest me. My favorite vampire series would be Twilight. However, I also like the Vampire Academy series, The House of Night series, Vampire Kisses, and The Anne Rice novels. I've only read Interview With A Vampire, but I've recently purchased Queen of the Damned and The Vampire Armand!
Since turning 18, and therefore legal to get pirecings and tattoos, I have gotten my nose, Lip, eyebrow, cartlage, and second piercings on my ear lobes, and also stars on my feet, a heart with pieces missing on the ankle, and the chinese symbol for fire on the back of my neck for tattoos.
I then plan on getting a lot more tattoos. I came up with a neat design for one a while back. It's a cracked heart with a black dagger running through it, and it's dripping black. I'm not quite sure where to get it done though. Then I have many other ideas. My zodiac sign somewhere...Half of a heart on the opposite ankle....Lyrics to my favorite song in some sort of neat script on one of my arms... A neat paint brush design I came up with recently on one of my arms, as well...And a lot more afterward! In other words, I need to save up a lot of money. ^-^
I don't really know how to explain my love for piercings and tattoos. I find them beautiful and exquisite... I believe them to be a sort of art. I love getting them done, and I love people with them. I also believe that it gives people more character somehow.
I dispise others who treat us differently... Who look at us tattoo'd and pierced people, and shy away. It disturbs me. I just don't understand how the people don't see them as beautiful artwork!.....
I also have an extreme love for animals.
Right now I have two cats. One is named honey, and the other is Theodore (I've already had two cats named Simon and Alvin ^-^). I've always wanted a black cat, But never was able to for some reason. They're beautiful creatures, and are often misunderstood. When I move out, I shall get one!
I Also would like to have a dog. My favorite breed is husky!
Although I've never done anything with men before, besides kiss, I LOVE them! I don't think personally that I could ever be a lesbian...
Now, I'm a bit picky when it comes to the opposite sex.
I won't bore you with any descriptions though...I'm afraid it would take up too much room =(
