Hippie, dark ,goth and gamer all rolled into one. Love horror, scifi and vampires since I was about 4. Never liked the girlie things but lace was okay. The hubby thinks my geekness is cool. The son thinks I'm a cool mom. I just want to be me. Tired of pleasing others and doing what is considered acceptable.
I have loved vampires all my life. Yet I faint at the sight of blood. So although I think it's very hot, if it's shooting out like a fountain, I'm on the floor. Ran home everyday after school to watch Dark Shadows. Also love ghosts, zombies and serial killers. Not that I want to date any of them. Well, maybe vampires.
I like comics. I go to comic cons all the time. My favorites comic heroes are Ghost, Zatanna and Shi. I play superheroes in COH. I am the hero who doesn't fly. Afraid of heights so I take the train.
Wanted to be either a detective or a witch as a kid. Wasn't interested in learning to cook( still don't). Liked to make experiments, more like the mad scientist.

Been playing mmo's for years. We actually play with a regular group of friends. We started with Everquest, EQ. We always seem to move on together. We moved up to EQ2. then we moved to City of Heroes. We have our play days together. Actually VanDick is the leader and a damn good player who always watches our back so we don't get killed. Tried D&D and WOW but always seem to fall back to EQ. Some of the group moved to Star Trek but not all of us have great video cards to handle the graphics. Can't play video games that make me want to seiz, lol. Have rpged but some in the group are babies so we have our differences.

Although I have always loved monster and horror movies since I was a kid, sometimes I could be a big baby. I slept with the lights on, moved the big rubber tree by my sister if it developed a taste for humans and would not go over bridges with grating that sounded like Rodan attacking.
And a proud member of my new house and family. For which I will be eternally grateful

Always had a fascination for weather. My moods were generally related to it. It always seemed to rain when I was in a dark mood.
