Before starting off the usual crap about me, myself and i, i just wanna shout a huge thanks to Yendor who helped me to redecorate the background ... thanks dodz.. :D
i don't want to start off this profile with the usual stuff like blue eyes etc..u can see that for urself in d pics..apart from that i dont like to be judged for my looks or actions unless u really know me and what im going through. However, im no such an exrovert person, and i tend to use masks to hide my true self to ppl.. (i do believe in shakespeare's idea that life is just a play and we're all actors).
I'm not a very social person but sometimes i do make an effort to interract with new people. Like others i tend to categorize friends in a sort of hierarchy.. the acquaintances.. others who are a good presence to chat with and finally the inner circle - those which have earned my trust and respect.
I grew up with a passion for the arts..especially art and music.. my father is an artist and my bro a musician. My main interest is in art and archaeology (being a graduate archaeologist myself)
My friends usually consider me as caring, protective and fun to b with.. the perfect sister (lool) - but u can ask Blacksoul Angel about that *smiles* However, some may consider me as a snob cause i tend to be choosey - i love having conversations with ppl who actually have a brain instead of a pea.. you know aesthetics isnt everything?!
I'm also a little bookworm .. i'd read anything which comes along except stories which involve loads of sex and love .. so pathetic and boring! My fav authors vary from the classical ones like Shakespeare, Poe, Keats, Shelley (wife and husband) to modern one such as Tolkien, Douglas Adams, and Ann Rice - however, her characters sometimes tend to be whiney. I love writing, it helps me to clear my thoughts..
