then imagine a clearing , you can smell the greeness of the grass, the strong aroma of the flowers , theres a clear blue sky and you can hear the birds chirping, you now start to walk freely across this clearing and soon you aproach a forest ( it can be any type of forest just let your imagination guide you) let your imagination guide you to what the forest is like , like the birds chirping in the trees, animals running across the path ( can be any animal - you are not scared or alarmed you are nice and relaxed ) then you come across some stone steps - count to ten while you walk down the stone steps 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
you then notice a bright while light in a courtyard - you walk into it -and for a few minutes - you just stand emersed in this whilte light you feel so safe and free- then you make your way out of the courtyard - you then notice a bush in a corner you didnt notice before -it starts to rustle and move about- and then a animal apears out of it- and the animal your imagination shows you is your power animal-

my former band mate paul told me to check out a band called dope- so he sent me some music - one of the songs i listened to was called burn and it fuckin blew me away! it was so awesome!- the song bitch was so awesome too!
as far as music goes- my absolute faves are Trivium, 12 STONES( rammstein and devil sold his soul!- i also like bands like him, slayer, a perfect circle,night wish, silverstein, atreyu,,muse, lacuna coil, breed 77,Dead Poetic, mudvayne,adema, ICP, cradle of filth, Outspoken, THE GA*GA*S, lostprophets, 36 crazyfists, switchfoot, fony, finch,muse, evanescence, slipknot, the blank theory ( they have split up now :( because the twins of the band wanted to concentrate on their new band madina lake who are awesome- but i still like them!), madina lake, system of a down, grade 8,
I have written a song called the pain remains- i have put it in my journal- its a song about how pain remains when someone has caused you so much hurt,pain and suffering: here it is:
The Pain Remains

Iam kinda doing solo singing work- been told i have good voice- i dont know tho! i like singing rock/metal type songs xxxx- i need 2 learn how 2 play guitar tho x if any of you have any ideas/suggestions on any songs i could sing you are more than welcome to tell me :) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx i need more songs to sing- cant keep singing the same songs all over again! x- i have now recorded a couple of songs- one of them is called annihilation- which iam quite proud of :) i have now written some more songs- one called black murder- which iam about to record :) If it wasnt for meeting and seeing my fave band Trivium at download i proberly would of given up- but they gave me the encouragement i needed
