I'm in a cam that is currently running and after 30 seconds the cam kicks me out and it goes offline. It has done this several times in the past 20 mins.

Also you cannot turn the volume off, though this may be a design flaw, not a bug.

I need more information.
Browser?
OS?
Internal webcam (laptop or mobile phone?) or external (desktop)?
You are kicked out of a cam when the caster is no longer broadcasting. It's automatic and prevents people from sitting in rooms where there is no broadcaster.
Volume is controlled via the system mixer, not the camera app.

I was personally using chrome as my browser on an HP laptop. I'm not sure what the others were using. It was kicking people out of cam while caster was broadcasting live. Would certain browsers cause this?

Chrome, so long as it's the newest version, is fine. If you don't get a pop up warning when you visit the main VR homepage, your chrome version is fine.
Cams are really tricky (from a programming standpoint). This is just one of those things I will probably have to be there and see.
Is the problem continuing or was it a one-time thing?

So far I've used the cams once and it was constantly kicking me off. My chrome was up to date the last time I was in another member's cam. I will try it again and see if it does it again.
