Of course Dacre would say no to that. The book says specifically the fictional character was from Transylvania and was a Székely. It\'s right in the book. Dacre and Mrs. Miller have his notes and other things. It is known he mixed werewolf legends with vampire when he wrote the book but it is written in an epistolary style so it is going to be by the point of view of the character doing the writing. Odd idea this man has. Dracula, in the book, was Hungarian.
