Violent Incident Control Enforcement
Swat is the field commander, and telepathic leader, of the VICE team. He has the ability to control at least ten other people at one time. He uses this power to control a team of well trained soldiers called the "10 pins". His "psychic hooks" give him complete control of them whenever he wants and lets him live vicariously through them.
India is a trained killer and a ferrokinetic. She was trained by the government to be an assassin since she was 16 years old, now a member of VICE. She is skilled with all kinds of guns but is most comfortable with a sniper rifle. She can control a rare metal called indium. It is so rare that the FBI has only been able to get her 3 bullets worth, but that's more than enough.
Lucky is a profiler for VICE. He can't start a very big fire, but he's immune to the flames. Beck is a young telekinetic and the newest member of VICE.
Floyd "Novo" Kane is the VICE team's tech guy. Novo was born without pain receptors so he was the perfect candidate for what would normally have been a very painful operation to give him cybernetic implants.
