The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Vampiria is a Doom Metal band that was formed in April of 1997 in Olavarría.

Their first demo, having only four songs, was known as 'Legacy in Blood', which caught the attention of their now record label 'Icarus'.


In the spring of 2000 the band entered the studio "La Nave De Oseberg" to record their debut album "Among mortals" which lasts all of 54 minutes.

In December 2000, "Among mortals" album has been edited in Argentina by "Icarus Records".

The female vocals have been done by several different singers during the years. Currently, Daniela Ison is in charge, who also took part in the recording of their first album.


Their newest cd 'Sanguinarian Context' was released in 2008.
