As I walk in the Darkness,
On a cold Spring night.
I feel her eyes watching me,
But to my surprise there is no fright.
I am aware of the Danger,
And what might come next.
As she walks up behind me,
And I feel her breath on my neck.
She puts her hand on my shoulder,
And my heart begins to race.
I turn to face her,
And see the beauty of her face.
I look into her dark eyes,
And I know what is in store.
The fear suddenly hits me,
And my emotions begin to sore.
I want to run away,
But I am stuck in her spell,
I wonder if this is a nightmare,
Or have I gone to hell.
I stair and watch,
As she comes closer to me,
My body trembles in fear.
I try to scream out,
Knowing that no one will hear.
I feel the piercing,
Of her fangs in my skin.
All of a sudden,
I feel a peace within.
As she drinks the blood,
From within my veins,
I realize right then,
I am feeling no pain.
When she has finished,
And beckons me to rise,
It is at this very moment,
That I realize.
That with a few spoken words,
And one piercing bite,
She has made me hers,
In the darkness of this night.
