The idea is not even remotely possible in any physical sense of the word. Even today with modern technology and equipment the United State has a very hard time replenishing - much less keeping our base there. Nothing works for long under those kinds of extremes. Literally everything need to be replace several times a year. If the Nazis did go there at the end of WWII, without constant supplies from the outside world they would have died there soon after.

Most experts believe that several members of the Nazi party did escape, threw Italy to Africa. They then took a slow boat from southern Africa to the southern tip of South America. Many South America countries were very pro Socialist and pro Germany in the 30's and 40's. Hiding in the America's would have been easy at the time.
