The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

This is a subject that not everyone is so familiar with so I thought I might make a discussion about it. I discovered Slender Man about a week ago when a friend of mine on facebook shared an interesting looking photo.

That is a link to the picture I first saw. From there I put myself on a small binge to find out more about this creature. Each small tidbit of information I found I came across similar description of this creature. A very tall around 8-10 feet tall, usually wearing a black suit and sometimes a bowler hat but usually no real face to speak up. Just a wite orb looking thing. I became a bit horrified and little paranoid with each new article, picture, or video/audio I subjected myself to. Perhaps you all could share your feelings on this creature. If perhaps you think he is real or just something new made up because people want something new to make films out of. Hoax or real?

While I do appreciate the "myth" of Slender Man you do have to realize that it is all a hoax. It was created by one Victor Surge for a contest in the forums of the website Something Awful.

So, yeah.. The "creature" in not real, so you've really nothing to be terrified of, save your own mind and the tricks it can play on you.
