I know you all are probably REALLY sick of all the love threads lol, but I read the other day that Love should be a concious decision, not something based on emotion. What are your thoughts on this? I personally think thats its a load of nonsense. You cant just say, "Hmmmm, I think I shall love you today." lol It just happens. And i know this thread will probably be killed, but oh well :)

I agree,The ones were you decide to like someone all of the sudden is what we like to call a crush..

I think that love is all emotion... if it wasn't, people wouldn't do such crazy things because of it.

i dont think that love is entirely emotion simply because it doesn't fluctuate at the rhythm of emotions..

for example..

i could be mad at someone and still love them

perhaps there is a hue of emotion that somehow connects to the entire love process, but i highly doubt it is consumed by it.

I don't think that love is all emotion. It is a combination of things. It is something that once it is found you have to work at it to keep it strong. And trust plays a big part in it.
