Need to buy a new set of cards, cause yeah the freaking dog ate my tarot cards.
He undid the cloth that held my cards, took them out of the box and tore them into lil tiny pieces.
Guess he did not like them, sigh.
Can anyone recommend a new deck and do many of our VR members use them and for what purpose (fun or serious)?

After doing a reading for myself, I went to the washroom and when i got back she had torn up my lovers card and one other 9can't remember) anyways, needless to say had to get a new deck.

I was out with a friend at a chapters book store (in Canada) and well the darn thing jump off the shelf and so what ever reason i couldn't put them down they stayed klinged to me in a way. so i had to get them.

I must say after the 1st reading with them, i was in love and i would recommend them to you. >:D

Thank You SaphyrEyes ... now that you mention that your cat layed her claws into your deck, I wonder if this was not a tag team effort between my dog and my cat (dog is not too sharp and the cat is, well you know a cat, lol)

I use mythic tarot cards.I take them seriously.Though even with normal playing cards you can do divination, but have to know how to use them :)

however I don't know what animals have with tarots.My friends cat and dog like to sit on my deck and don't let us do the reading lol.

Animals, i suppose, do not have anything specifically to do with Tarot cards. Just seemed strange that my dog actually ate them is all :-) Then again, maybe there is a bigger mystery going on here, lol

Don't know about the critters. A friend of mine has 5 cats and they all sit pretty around her when she does a reading. Its a little unsettling but kinda cool too. It may be that they are drawn by the positive energy/nature of the cards or they just like to mess with our lil human minds. ;-)

I really do miss my cards though, they really do seem to indicate the pace of the day or give me nudges to think on things a little more. I have done a ton of readings for others and they seem to act as a channel to get people to open up and take a look at their own stuff. Thanks for the feedback all. Can't wait to go a shopping tomorrow :-)
