My friend believes she is experiencing some paranormal activity in her house, and believes the spirit responsible is her dead grandmother. She doesn't want to sage or cleanse for this reason, but is wanting some answers. I'm considering suggesting that we get together and us an ouija board to figure things out.

I have only read research regarding them and have never used them. What are some safety precautions to use?
