In light of the devistating and numerous shootings that have been happening this year I wanted to get everyones take on the idea of "temporarily insane". I personally think it is a load of shit. Pardon the language. In my opinion you either are or are not.

But then there is also this thing where the one shooter had ananti-social behavior disorder. He was not forced to take his meds and this so not a contributing member of society instead a menace. Do you think that their rights are so important that we can risk the loss of so many more innocent lives.

I just want you take on this. Your ideals, morals, and also a brief explanation.
