It's one thing when someone rates a profile with a '1' here and there, but when they constantly rate every profile with a '1' just to be mean, it IS "hate rating" and really should be stopped.

Since a valid rating is 1-10, and members are free to choose how to rate, there is no such thing as a 'hate rating'.


EDIT: Anyone & Everyone can rate a Profile, or anything for that matter, a one ("1") if they wish to - for any reason - or for no reason. Doesn't matter. Thems the rules.

And trust me here... I can rate every member here a "1" without any Hate what-so-ever. I can also suspend posting rights without hate too. I don't do Hate. But I can rate "1" ... and so can every member here.
