I catch my self reading a great response to a forum post and thinking "right on!" and other times thinking...are you seriously wasting space with that? Then of course I go check my profile ratings and someone took time to not only read my profile but actually responded to it directly and had some great input on it.
So my thoughts are this, what if we could "honor" the ones we find interesting, ignore indifferent ones and even "dishonor" others? This could also be displayed in the forum next to views column showing the total "honor" the thread has , a good indication of how good it is. I am well aware the message system and simply replying to a thread could be used for this purpose but in my opinion they are not as effective and visual.
If "honor" is strictly for members we could also "bite" , "dig" , or simply "love" replies and comments. What do you think about this?

As site updates are determined by the owner, not really a discussion here. Cancer is known to open a thread to hear what updates members would like to see on the site but it comes down to his own call.
