Burning sage can help, also black crystals such as tourmaline, jet, or obsidian can help as well.

Start by physically cleaning your living space. Declutter, clean, vacuum etc. Remove anything from your home that no longer serves you. Definitely use sage and palo santo like others have suggested. Then put salt lines at the entrances to your home. Works for me.
