I am doing some reserch on Edgar Cayce and found some very interesting information that I did not know. He was and still is known as the "Sleeping Prophet". A name given because he would go into a trance or sleep like state when he was meditating over health concerns of his own and others.
"Edgar Cayce (March 18, 1877 January 3, 1945), (the surname pronounced "Casey") is generally remembered as an American psychic who gave trance discourses on subjects like astrology, reincarnation, and Atlantis. He may have been the source for the idea that California would fall into the ocean (though he never said exactly this). Although Cayce lived before the emergence of the New Age movement, he remains a major influence on its teachings. Cayce predicted the destruction in New York City.(Crystal Links- http://www.crystalinks.com/edgar_cayce.html).
My question to all of the members here: Is do any of you follow Cayce's teachings? If you do, would you discuss how they have affected you?
What do you feel about or think about the predicts that Cayce made during his time?
