the choice.....well being a psyvamp I guess I have the choice of using it or no,so i guess that would rate as having choice,but the ability was always there as far as I know

It is something bestowed on you before you are born. I did not have a choice, but as others have said, we can choose to indulge in our nature or not - it is a personal decision.
