More fixes and updates...

It was pointed out to me (by several users), that if a VR member's profile was deleted, it was impossible to get that person off your offline Friends List. I added the new link, 'Manage Friends List' in the Friends menu as a fix.

Updated the new poll section quite a bit. You can now view all polls, vote in specific polls (without waiting for them to randomly come up), if you're a poll creator you can open or close your poll. If you're an Administrator, you can edit or delete a poll.

Fixed a bug in the Portfolio slideshow that was showing the same picture more than once.

Made further enhancements aimed at increasing site speed. This will be a never ending battle, as more and more users join VR.
