What makes the fine line between good and evil?
I mean you can do a good thing with an evil purpose; does that make it an evil act?
and furthermore; is there an inbetween? like a neutral party?

You sometimes have to do bad to do good! Evil is like beuty it's in the eye of the beholder.

I feel that depends greatly on your own guidelines disifering the two. You would have to take both, weigh them against your values, factoring in your personal morals, along with the current "norms" in todays society and create a hypothosis based on that test it and create a theory and draw a conclusion-- sugestion make 3 lists in catogories ---title the middle one questionable and figure a safe way to test it with out harming anyone lol perhaps in a poll
