The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Well, more specifically, the World of Darkness 1.0

Does anyone else play this still, or have you switched to 2.0, or just never heard of it?

I'm really desperate to find a good Vampire: The Masquerade Role Playing chatroom right now. There's only one good one that I know of, and it's on Yahoo, which won't work for me.

I spent about a year and a half living this game, pretty much memorizing the books inside and out. And now White-Wolf goes and discontinues it just to make a few bucks off of the new version. So I said screw 'em, and I'm sticking it out with 1.0. But I need a new chatroom to go to for it, as stated earlier.

Any links, suggestions, or help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been running the game since nov. 1991.I have every book ever printed for the game.

Come to think about it, it's actually been longer than that. I've been collecting the books for four years now almost, I started when I was a freshman, and now I'm about to graduate.

My collection used to be alot more extensive, you can't trust people anymore. Lost my Werewolf, Mage, Hunter, and half a dozen novels to idiots I loaned them to, and never got them back.

Now that is dedication! You must really really enjoy it Radu :) I hear it is very addictive too.. is that true?

dont know which i play ill have to ask our guy with the books im a huge fan we got bored with our clans a few years ago and made a custom one that is quite kool if you find any places to play vamp online lemme know thanks

Would someone please dig up and post the link to Elder Daniel's thread concerning Carpe Vegas. My connection is too slow to dig that far back into the forums. It sounds like something that this fella might be interested in.

I'm a big fan of this rpg (its shows on the profile ;P) and very cross with White wolf for having ended it in their metaplot, I bet Vampire: The Requiem would never get this good & I can barely understand it however, myabe it me who cant get used to the idea :/. They've should instead upgraded VT:M & put it back in time with another metaplot... simple...

The Carpe Vegas place is nice, but not really my style. I'm looking for more of a real-time chatroom RP deal, not a forum Rp.

The place has a chatroom, but apperantly no one uses it. I've been logged onto it for awhile, and no one has logged on, and the last people to log on were several hours and an undisclosed amount of days ago.

Anyway, thanks for the help, but I'm looking for Chat Rp's, not forum ones. I'd go forum browsing on this site, but my net is horrid, so I'd spend days doing it for nothing probably.

i don't know if anyone one said this but may be we should start a chat room of our own on one of the chat pages in aol or msn maybe yahoo what do you guys think

There's a good Yahoo chat about it, but I can't use Yahoo chats because of some critical error with Yahoo messenger.

And I'm not an MSN subscriber, or AOL subscriber. Plus I hate ST'ing my own Chronicles, online or otherwise.

So, Gangrel, you're basically looking for an mIRC chat RP scenario. that's pretty limiting. Have you tried the "Games" link in the Database? (left side of page) Might be something there...
