I think everyone's seen a clip of a paranormal investigation clip where the camera is suddenly drained of its energy. Then it came to me, If a "ghost" can do this, why not a psy-vampire? Surely the same rules apply?
Dont know...As far as I know, none have come forward to be tested or anything.
True oceanne,
vampires of all natures have not come forward. I think Don Henry has had tests run on him, yet other forms of the claimed vampires have come forward.
But studies have been shown that heightened moods of individuals may infact cause others around them to express or feel the same emotional state.
Isnt that called Empathy? I'm talking about draining something at will, as psy-vampire's claim to be able to do. Would they not be able to drain a battery of some sort of energy when they wish to? or when they have no other choice?
Right Cadre, but his tests werent remarkable as far as being outside any normal human variables..
And King, yes many call it empathy, but really it is simply a form of entrainment..which is natural .
True, but these vampiric identies would not drain the energy totally, for look at the millions of people they could take just a slight amount from and be full with out draining the corpse of life.
Watch Life force, it shows a good example of totally draing the body of its energy. yet Claimed or professed vampires would stay hidden and take small amounts from those they encounter during the day.
I do see your point Cadre, and its a good one too..but honstly? I think its a case of mistaken identity..peeps cant "take" energy from another..not in the literal sense. The high they feel I believe is simply due to an entrainment to someone who has a stronger or higher frequency.
I concour with that statement, oceanne,
We know that certain frequencies of individuals and machines can set the individual in a higher emotional state, or decreae it.
Absoloutely they can..thats how music causes emotional changes as well.
And some frequincies as seen on ghost hunters (sorry TV show) have shown or caused frieghtended states of humans. As we know many forces cover our world and emotional balance seeems to come and go.
What one may consider draining energy from another may be the frequincies that that individual is giving off.
Thats just it Cadre,I dont feel peeps are capable of draining anyone of anything. They are entraining..and if the "victem" feels drained,I dont believe its because they have been drained but instead entrained to a lower frequency...but you have to really understand the mechanism itself to get what Im saying..and I am not speaking of Circadian rythm ,Im talking about bioresonance entrainment.
Thing is,until any self proclaimed psy vamps step up and help with some research,we might not ever really know.
Project Alpha made a compeling case regarding the bias' in paranormal research institutes. Some think worth Youtubing.
great bit of info on the alph project. but this was case studies done of tricking the logic of mind over matter.
yet with this no studies have been given to give credit to the fact that this is a plasible account of draining energy from others as means of personal feeing or energy.
The vampire is not a machine, it cannot control things at will. But, when it comes to the human physical body, then yes, the vampire may control, if in tune enough by either honed senses, or just by instinct alone, the human mental state. This has been done on several occasions, but whether or not these occasions have been "documented" for "proof" of said events remains to be seen.
As far as I know, a vampire, a psy vamp more specifically can't drain anything mechanical of it's energy. It's not living, therefor has no living life force.
Ghosts take whatever energy is available to make their presence known. Mechanical or living, or residual energy, Ghosts will use these to perhaps appear, or just move things.
Again, this is as far as I know.
Life force and physical energy are to totally different things.
Energy is the work being done by a force. It is widely understood and can be measured and calculated using widely accepted equations. Any high school physics text can give you the much more information. Energy is conserved and can be transformed to other types of energy. A motor transforms electrical energy into mechanical energy. The engine of your car transforms chemical energy into mechanical energy. The brakes then transform mechancial energy into heat.
Life force isn't widely understood, has no agreed to method of measurement or equations for calculation. Some believe that it exists, can be detected, manipulated and even consumed. Others feel that it is a figment of imagination. Some believe that they can see it as an aura.
Life itself has measurable energies. You body transforms chemical energy into mechanical energy to breath, move etc... The electrical pulses in your nerves and brain can be measured as well as your bodies temperature.
What can't be measure are the things like your mind. What makes up your mind versus your brain? Thoughts can be measured by electrical impluses in your brain, but thoughts are more than that. Some believe in a soul. A soul doesn't have measurable energy in a physical sense. Those that believe they can measure life force, paranormal energy etc.. We see this in things the Ghost Hunters TV show. They use various devices to take measurements, but really don't have any proof that what they are measuring is paranormal. All they show is a value on meter of some type. I'm not arguing the existance of ghosts, just that there is no proof that ghosts can be measured.
The bottom line is that this is't energy in the physical sense. Perhaps we shouldn't even use the term energy to keep from confusing the issue. But, in general, since so many people believe in it, be it a soul, life force or universal energy, the concept should be studied and understood.
By the way, there are some interesting member articles on universal energy.
