The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

First off I am a fool . I posted this in the events section first because I wasn't paying enough attention . I figure I will get some intersesting responses from the events post , LOl
As in the Anne Rice novel , he chose because he had lost everyone important to him and he saw no future .
Would it be better to die completely or to exist forever without his loved , as a Vampyre ? What would you do if thrown into that situation ? Would you want to live without your one true love ? Would you want to exist without it ? Could you exist without it ?
What emotion drives the human more , love, hate , greed , desire , jeolousy , fear ?
Most all of you have loved , at least to some extent . What did it mean ? Would you be willing to live forever without true love ?
Many would contest that the soul is gone . So in some way your life would be gone or forgotten , but what is a being without a soul ? Does a ghost have a soul or is a ghost the embodiment of a soul ? Is not your mind your soul ?
I would very much enjoy others thoughts on this subject .
