if you were to write a vampire novel would it be one based on any kind of true fact or would it be of pure fiction and entertainment

what would the storyline consist of in your book if you were to write a vampire novel

well really you could go either way. Although if your going for a monetary reason fordoing it, entertainment is the way to go. If you wanted to teach curious people about something then facts would be the way to go. As for storyline, love stories tend to go over better

hmmm

A non-fiction vampire novel, I did attempt such a thing before, but it was before the internet, and my pages vanished.

If I did write one, It would be a collection of my true experiences, but mostly filled with graphic detailed stories of sex.

it would be the best damn book in the whole universe lol j/k but what i see in my mind would be nice to see in motion or at least written about. it would be based on research ive done, and events that have took place in my own life, as well as some good ol imagination in the mix.

I suck at writing long stories. *No pun intended*. I want to see a book about a good yet unnactractive vampire.

As I am actively engaged in just such an endeavor, I can't divulge much. What I will say is the novel does for Vampirism what "The Da Vinci Code" did for Christianity.

Like Dan Brown's novel, though to far greater degrees given the (pardon of pun) incredibly rich vein of historical evidence running throughout history I have uncovered, this novel will connect the dots from the far-flung past, through the Christian Era, and on to the present with its dual foreboding and inspiring portents for the future of all Humankind. It will indeed connect with "The Da Vinci Code" to some degree by revealing key aspects of Christianity that are, in fact, only part of a far far greater mystery that began with Earth's first civilizations and have continued on to the present day.

It illustrates exactly how, in contradiction to "The Da Vinci Code", the historical Jesus' life and mission had very little to do with modern Christianity at all, and everything to do with... true historical "vampirism." Thus will be revealed exactly how and why the conspiracy to keep hidden Jesus' marriage to Mary Magdalene and his children by her was not at all "... the greatest cover-up in Human history" as Dan Brown alleges but, in fact, only one of several minor cover-ups so as to protect the truly Greatest Cover-up of them all... which this novel alone shall reveal to the world.

And it all begins near the top of "The Pierre" hotel in Manhattan when, on a perhaps too-stereotypically dark and stormy night, an upper penthouse window is shattered as a dark shape rockets backwards therefrom out into the rain-swept night. Two frightened police officers inside the room gaze out into the night in rapt amazement before pulling their side arms and ineffectually firing round after round at the dark figure smiling malevolently back at them before he is enveloped completely into the roiling black storm clouds beyond.

Behind the officers, a lovely nude woman writhes softly on the bed, somewhat emaciated in appearance and seemingly in a drug-induced haze. As the wind-driven sheets of rain blow in through the large broken window and glisten as jewels upon her now-shivering form, she stares out into the angry night sky. One word of agonizing despair escapes her trembling lips as her eyes fill with tears and a delicate hand rises weakly from the silken sheets toward the suddenly departed object of her desire: "Master?"

Any book on "vampire truth" would be boring, not to mention debated even by those who share the concept that vampires are "an actuality." all "true vampirism" is, is people acting the idealism of "what if vampires existed.

so are you alluding to a text book? i would wait for reviews, and critique from others who are more convinced of other interpretations of "true vampire", as most who believe themselves vampires are rather lacking in any substance, I am sure it would be a short book. as the movie/documentary shows, the "vampire comminity" does not hesitate to throw others they deem misinformed under busses.

I as well as ~Upir~ are in the middle of writing vampiric type texts. His is in the form of a novela, while mine is in the form of a conspiracy mockumentary.

More power to the two of us in this endeavor. Mine is based on truth with fiction mixed. The reader may speculate their own conclusions based on the information given. This is all I will say.

I've only written short stories, more magazine based than Novel per say.
However I do prefer the latest Novel hitting the shelves and web store fronts. A thrill that doesn't stop page per page.
